Join our team of Support Workers in Gateshead, Newcastle and North Tyneside area and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support. ID Support has a ‘Good’ CQC and Ofsted rating.

We offer excellent training and benefits including competitive salary and 30 days annual leave rising to 33 after 5 years employment. We’ll pay for and support you to complete all required training and offer genuine career development.

We have many different services and therefore can offer you various contracts that will enable your working hours to be tailored to fit around your commitments eg day, night, evening and weekend shifts.

We support clients with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes, to give support in financial, medication and social areas of their lives, to manage their homes and to access their community. We also provide support to children and young people who still live at home to access the community activities to increase their social lives and integrate with their peers.

An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by ID Support.

Candidates will be required to provide evidence of their identity and eligibility to work in the UK.

We are looking to recruit a number of people in part time and full time contracts to work in Newcastle, Gateshead or North Tyneside areas . The posts require both female & male staff.

You will be part of a team supporting clients with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own home, to give support in financial, medication and social areas of their lives, and to access their community. We offer excellent training and benefits including competitive salary and 30 days annual leave rising to 33 after 5 years employment (pro rata). We will pay for and support you to complete all required training and offer genuine career development. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by ID Support.
